Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for Bloxster Last updated: 13 September 2026 RESPONSIBLE PROVIDER Kevin Dördelmann-krewet Mental Core Bernhard-Lichtenberg-Straße 10a 59590 Geseke Germany Email: mentalcoregames@gmail.com LOCAL GAME DATA Bloxster stores your progress, resource balances, upgrades, settings and timestamps on your device. Timestamps are used for cooldowns and offline progress. Local backup and migration files help protect saves during updates. The game does not automatically send these saves to us. This version has no player registration, developer-operated cloud saves, advertising, real-money purchases, analytics SDK or automatic crash reporting. It does not request access to contacts, precise location, camera or microphone. SUPPORT AND TEST FEEDBACK If you email us or provide test feedback, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, app version, device details and attachments. We use it to respond, investigate defects and manage testing, not for advertising. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) for contractual requests, Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interests in answering questions and maintaining the game, or Article 6(1)(c) for legal obligations, depending on the request. Providing support information is voluntary, but we may be unable to investigate a problem without relevant details. Our support mailbox uses Google's Gmail service. Google processes email content and associated technical information under its service terms and privacy arrangements. Google may process data outside the EEA. Google's published information about international processing and transfer safeguards is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. We do not sell support information or use it for marketing. RETENTION AND DELETION Local saves remain until you remove the app data. You can clear Bloxster's data in Android Settings. Uninstalling normally removes app-private data; copies kept outside the app must be deleted separately. We cannot recover deleted local saves that you have not sent to us. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request, investigate the associated defect or handle follow-up questions. It is deleted when no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require continued storage. You can request deletion using the contact above. This game has no player account to close. GOOGLE PLAY AND ANDROID Google Play and Android may independently process account, installation, device and diagnostic information under their own privacy arrangements. Feedback you submit through Google Play's testing features may be made available to us. This notice does not replace Google's privacy policy. YOUR RIGHTS Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), https://www.ldi.nrw.de. Rights are subject to applicable legal conditions. We cannot access local saves you have not sent to us. We do not use support information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. CHANGES We will update this notice when the game's data practices change. Future accounts, cloud saves, advertising or purchases require updated disclosures before use.
